Terms & Conditions
By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the full session fee being charged. We understand that emergencies arise and will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Package expiry
Session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Waitlisted services
The KK Method Pilates is currently offered by waitlist only. Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee availability. We will contact you personally when a space becomes available.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, the KK Method, and brand materials — is the intellectual property of KK Wellness Space and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Health & Safety Policy
The safety and wellbeing of every client is our highest priority. Please read the following carefully before attending your first session.
Health disclosure
All new clients are required to complete a health and medical history form prior to their first session. It is your responsibility to disclose any existing injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, recent surgeries, or health concerns. Failure to do so may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.
Medical clearance
If you have a serious medical condition, have recently undergone surgery, or are pregnant, we may require written clearance from your GP or consultant before commencing sessions. This is for your safety and is non-negotiable.
During sessions
Please inform your practitioner immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse sensation during a session. Sessions will be modified or stopped as necessary. Never push through pain.
Studio conduct
Please arrive on time and wearing appropriate clothing for movement. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the studio. We ask that all clients respect the calm environment of the space — this includes keeping noise levels low and mobile phones on silent.
Contraindications
Certain conditions may contraindicate specific treatments, including but not limited to: acute injury or inflammation, active infection, cardiovascular conditions, blood clotting disorders, and certain skin conditions. Your practitioner will assess suitability at your initial consultation.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By booking and attending sessions at KK Wellness Space, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that participation in physical activity, including Pilates, restorative therapy, and physiotherapy, carries an inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities, whether known or unknown.
Release of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release KK Wellness Space, its practitioners, and staff from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in sessions, except where such injury results from gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.
Accuracy of information
You confirm that all health and medical information provided to KK Wellness Space is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to notify your practitioner of any changes to your health status prior to each session.
Personal responsibility
You accept personal responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after sessions. If you feel unwell or experience pain at any point, you agree to communicate this immediately to your practitioner and to seek independent medical advice where appropriate.
